The word uniform is “….a special set of clothes worn be all members of an organisation or group….”

There are different uniforms for Squirels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. Uniform should be worn by all members to all group meetings or weekends away unless instructed otherwise. 

Generally the minimum uniform requirement is as follows:

• Beavers: Beaver tipped sweatshirt – Click here to go to the Scout Shop
• Cubs: Cub Tipped Sweatshirt – Click here to go to the Scout Shop
• Scouts: Scout Shirt/ Blouse – Click here to go to the Scout Shop

A group neckerchief should be be worn with the sweatshirt or shirt.

Many also like to supplement this with a polo shirt appropriate to the section, but please note that the official uniform above should be worn at the start of each meeting.

All items of uniform and anything else that your child is likely to take off, must be clearly named.
